Ronimix has a modern fleet of volumetric on-site concrete mixers which supply traditional quality sharp sand and cement floor screed to private individuals, builders, developers, large contractors and anyone who is looking to buy best value-for-money traditional dry mix screed.
Our volumetric concrete mixers carry screed materials (best quality sharp sand, CEM1 (100%) cement and water) in separate compartments, which can be batched and mixed on site to make circa 10m³ of floor screed.
As our vehicles batch and mix on site, there is no risk of under or over-ordering and as the floor screed is freshly made, it is highly workable allowing easy placement.
Our Floor Screed Mix
We offer a traditional 4:1 ratio sharp sand cement floor screed mix, typically used for all general household purposes which delivers a final surface texture that is smooth and even.
Floor Screed Additives
We can incorporate a retarder into the floor screed mix to allow a delayed set for up to 8 hours and or polypropylene fibers which can assist in crack control.
Our Vehicles and Your Site
Our vehicles are 3.8m tall, nearly 11m long and nearly 3.2m wide and when fully loaded weigh around 42t. When we arrive at your site we shall need enough space to access and park and any hard standings we travel across and park upon will need to be strong enough to support their weight without causing damage.
Arriving and Depositing Floor Screed at Your Site
We deliver floor screed first call in the morning at 8am. Unless otherwise required, we deposit the floor screed at an appropriate external location at the site on plastic sheeting.
