Amazing Concrete Canvas Cloth
The UK based Concrete Canvas company is the inventor of this product: Concrete Cloth. It’s a cement impregnated fabric, that consists of layered cement between layers of fabric with a PVC backing and when wetted with fresh or sea water, it all bonds together. The cloth in its un-watered form mainly comes in strips and can be moulded into almost any shape desired e.g. a hut or helicopter pad. Then just add water and BINGO, in just 2 hours you have a solid military, humanitarian or infrastructure structure that is water proof, fire proof and almost bullet proof. The applications for this product are enormous: it’s a heck of an invention. Give the video a spin and see if I’m right!
PS – I’m not convinced about the narrators enthusiasm; there is a poor join in the video; AND I’m definitely glad I’m not the watermelon behind the sandbags!
